Chances are you don't know enough about Variable Valve Timing (VVT) camshafts to select the best one for your supercharged race engine build and you don't trust the guys who claim to know what they're talking about online because at the end of the day their car's simply just not that fast. How do you choose a cam for your VVT 5.7L or 6.4L based build? You can ask the internet or you can ask the guys who actually engine dyno test, chassis dyno test and track test the products they sell.
This camshaft has been tested with similar results on both positive displacement and centrifugal engine combinations with a typical operating range of 3000 to 7500.
For VVT Race Engines: Building with the track in mind and want max power? Not too concerned with street manners as long as you make max horsepower? Are you using Holley EFI, Fueltech or working with a top tier factory ECU tuner who really knows HEMI tuning and how to tune "the big one"??? This cam is not for the customer looking for street manners but what you lose in idle quality you make up for in savage power!
