Returns Policy

All refunds and returns are at the discretion of High Horse Performance and/or the manufacturer. We will accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returns will not be accepted 30 days after delivery date. All returns must be received in new condition in the original packaging. RESTOCKING FEES WILL APPLY. 

If you would like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)No items should be shipped back to High Horse Performance or its partnering warehouses without prior permission and an RMA. Once a return is received, it may take 24 to 72 hours for the return to be processed and credit to be issued to the original method of payment. It may take 3 to 5 business days for credit to appear on a credit card. 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. CANCELLATION FEES MAY APPLY. Cancellation fees are at the discretion of High Horse Performance. Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the shipping option you select. Please also note that the estimated shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. At times we may need to adjust shipping costs due to changes in how an item ships (i.e. multiple packages, multiple carriers, etc.). We will always contact the customer before proceeding with any large or international shipments that requires additional charges to be paid. We utilize UPS, USPS and FedEx. When customers select free shipping we will select the most economical method of shipping in most cases. Some exclusions apply for free shipping qualifications. If you are unable to receive shipments with a select carrier, please notify us prior to placing your order.  

Damaged and Lost Shipments

If an item is damaged or lost in transit, please notify High Horse Performance immediately. We must file a claim with the carrier and cannot authorize any replacement shipments, returns or refunds until the claim has been completed. If your package was damaged, please keep all packing materials and send pictures of the damage. 

If a package shows delivered but cannot be located at your address, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your property (doors, porches, garages, etc.) and checking with your neighbors. There are instances where packages are delivered to an incorrect address. If the package cannot be located, a claim must be initiated with the carrier within 48 hours of delivery. The shipper will trace the package and determine if the package was delivered to the correct address. 

Stolen Shipments

Shipments that have been traced by the carrier (UPS, USPS or FedEx) and show delivery to the correct address will be deemed as stolen. Packages stolen from a customers residence are not the responsibility of High Horse Performance or the carrier. Theft is a crime and you may want to contact local law enforcement to file a police report and initiate a claim through your home owners or renters insurance. 

California Customers & Similar Emissions States

Due to CARB and other emissions regulations around the United States, particularly within the State of California, High Horse Performance, Inc. makes no claims that any of the parts we sell are emissions legal or considered street legal unless specified otherwise. All parts and tuning sold by High Horse Performance, Inc. are to be considered sold by HHP and purchased by the customer for Off Road Use Only and contain chemicals known to cause cancer when located within the State of California.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & International Customers

We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but the shipping rates calculated at checkout are tailored to shipments within the Continental US only. Extra shipping fees may apply for shipments outside of the Continental US. In order for us to keep our shipping rates as low as possible, this is a requirement and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend that you contact our sales team prior to making any purchase for delivery outside of the continental US. Please be advised that there may be restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.
