HHP Returns Request Form

All returns must have a return authorization number issued by High Horse Performance. Absolutely no exceptions.

Warning: Parts returned without an RMA number may be refused or charged additional handling fees.

We will accept most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. No returns of electronics will be accepted. All returns must be received in new condition in the original packaging. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded and restocking fees will apply. Complete this form to initiate the return process. We will inform you of any restocking fees and we will email you the required RMA to return your product to HHP, one of our nationwide stocking warehouses or directly to the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a detailed response since return authorizations may be governed by third parties (i.e. parts manufacturers or partnering distributors).

Damage Claims/Returns: Shipping Damage claims should be well documented and made directly with the carrier at the time of receipt of goods. Please retain all boxes and shipping materials until the carrier has inspected the damaged package. Failure to follow procedure may result in claims being denied by the carrier. Warranty: Most products carry a warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship. All warranty claims will be directed to the product manufacturer. We will facilitate this process or put you in direct contact with the manufacturer depending on their policy. Complete this form to initiate the warranty claim process.
