This is a crankshaft spacer we have designed for customers who are installing any aftermarket crankshaft into their VVT 5.7L or 6.4L 392 engine block.
Only thing I would change is the keyway slot needs to be square not round. it will not slide on the crank over the crank key. On all of these I use the small edge of a flat file to square the round key slot slightly to have a nice tight fit.
