HHP has track-tested these axles in some of our hardest-launching factory-IRS race cars. They are intended for serious street, drag racing, and competition combinations where vehicle weight, torque, tire grip, and aggressive launch strategies have exposed the limits of OEM and other aftermarket axle assemblies.
Rather than relying on a basic axle-bar upgrade, this package combines oversized one-piece 300M CV components, hardened ball tracks, large-diameter gun-drilled axle bars, and corrosion-resistant finishes into a complete extreme-duty assembly. The result is a premium axle package designed for racers who want to strengthen the factory-style IRS driveline without immediately converting to a complete solid-axle or 9-inch rear suspension system.
Important Spline Clarification: These direct-replacement axles use a 32-spline connection at the 230mm ZF differential and a 35-spline connection at the factory wheel hub.
