Kooks has always crafted the best headers on the market for the HEMI motors. For the 2005 through 2008 line of 5.7L HEMI cars, we at HHP Racing discovered through countless dyno pulls and racing experience that the 5.7L variable cam motors require additional back pressure in order to maintain torque, especially in the lower rpm bands. Most header manufacturers carried over their SRT-8 headers with the larger 1-7/8" primary tubes, since they would bolt right up. The 6910's 1-3/4" Primary Square-Port systems are our recommended choice for all 5.7L customers who want a header and high flow cat upgrade. Please give us a call to discuss installation options.
