Description

Applications: 03-08 5.7L, 06-10 6.1L HEMI, Mildly Modified

With some of the most experienced Late Model Gen 3 HEMI tuners in our group, HHP continues to be on the leading edge of performance tuning for today's late model EFI production cars. The tuning market is flooded with shops that possess the programming to write the tunes, but tuners that have the understanding of how these engines operate are very few and far between. With years of experience building and tuning a large majority of the fastest HEMI's on the streets and at the Track, let HHP apply their knowledge and experience to your vehicle.

Average Gains: 15-20 Horsepower

This tune is superb for maximum performance on mildly modified, stock engine vehicles with common bolt-on upgrades.

Mild modifications include:

  • Headers, shorty or long tube
  • High flow cats / mid pipes
  • Catback Exhaust
  • Cold Air Intakes
  • Lower temp thermostat
  • Ported Cylinder Heads
  • Ported Intake Manifold (OE)
  • Aftermarket 85,87, 90mm throttle body
  • Aftermarket Coilpacks

*This tune is strictly for completely stock engines with the original OE intake manifolds (intake porting allowed). If you are more heavily modified (ex. To achieve peak performance, this tune includes but is not just limited to:

  • Optimization of Fuel tables
  • Optimization of Timing tables
  • Optimization of Thermal Modification tables
  • Optimized Torque Management (power management)
  • Optimized Shift Points and Timing (where available)

Use Of Wideband Air/Fuel Ratio Gauge: Recommended but not required. In order to precisely dial in your full throttle fueling, an aftermarket air/fuel gauge is needed. While we do not require an air/fuel ratio gauge for this level of tune, use of one will increase our precision ensuring your vehicle is at it's maximum performance. We recommend the AEM 30-0334 for 2008 and newer vehicles for seamless plug and play operation with your HP Tuners or newer Diablosport device.

*NOTE: To speed up your order, we will require a copy of your stock engine/transmission calibration to be sent in to our tuning manager. These stock backup file(s) or reads can be emailed to tuning@hhpracing.com with your current modifications list and your approximate elevation/DA for your area (i.e. close to sea level, 5000' Mountainous Terrain, etc.). Additional Costs, Optional or Incurred:

At HHP, we offer additional tuning services that you may want to take advantage of or if we are recovering your computer system following behind another tuner we will require additional paid time involved in completing your tune. We offer the following services:

  • VIP Remote Tuning Service - $150/hr Additional, Remote Dyno Tuning is available to completely maximize your vehicles performance. Invoiced and scheduled separately.
  • Basic Track Support Package - $250/ For racers that want to datalog their track or competition passes and send them in for review we offer our post tuning entry level support package that includes 3 track based revisions along with recommendations for helping you achieve your best results in a competition based environment. Invoiced and scheduled separately.
  • Tune Recovery - For HP Tuners based customers who do not have their original stock based vehicle reads and are submitting tunes from previous tuners, there is a $150.00 maximum fee that will be charged depending on the complexity and time involved to recreate your stock tuning files.

    after one revision feels super solid and fast some bolts on and this tune and trans tune car feels absolutely amazing now and drives so much better definitely worth it

    This tune made my 2021 Dodge Charger Scat Pack come alive! Really brought out the inner beast and made use of all my mods! Get the Trans tune to go along with it too! Great work by a great company.

    My R/T sounds soooo badass. In Sport Mode, I literally accelerate from 60-100mph in no time in all. I learned how to rev match without paddle shifters (kinda) and when it down shifts, it’s soo freaking awesome! Who needs a scat pack when your daily is this much fun to drive??? Definitely can’t wait to place this Stage 2 cam master kit inside!
