Description

This HHP Racing Adjustable High Strength Billet Aluminum Belt Tensioner bracket for Hellcat engine is Manufactured in the USA by Gen3 Performance Products Exclusively for HHP and Supports the strongest tensioners on the market!

Can't seem to find the right belt size or struggling to change belts when you change pulleys at the track? The new HHP Tensioner Bracket offers 7 different positions for your 6.2L belt tensioner. The center hole is equal to factory clocking, with about a 20 degree throw adjustment for each hole tighter or looser.  

NOTE: OEM belt tensioners are only compatible with the OEM location, one step tighter and one step looser from factory. We have found that Litens belt tensioners can be used in all positions, available here:

Required Tools:

  • 15mm wrench to get belt off of tensioner
  • 8mm allen to get tensioner off
  • 13mm for bracket

Assembly Instructions:

  • Torque Tensioner to bracket bolt to 37lb ft
  • Torque Bracket bolts to 21lb ft

    Makes it easy to change pulleys and not have to worry about belt changes. Add the AAD Idler for extra adjustability.

    Great looking piece that provides a ton of extra belt adjustment. I added the secondary upper pulley to get more belt wrap on the blower pulley, which I also changed. Those two changes along with raising the blower via the F1 spacers creates a need for a product like this. I was able to fine tune the amount of belt wrap and allow the Mopar belt tensioner to remain in the centered position as it should rather than pulling it to far on the spring or not enough. That allowed me to keep a lesser spring tension on the belt but get more grip. All good! Belt grabs like crazy now. I'm getting more and consistent boost, and the belt is not over stressed. Very nice part that looks great with the billet pulleys I added.

    Bracket is awesome, works as advertised. When working with different Pulley's this product is a must.

    Looking for a solid, exceptionally crafted tensioner bracket with options for different size pullies and this one delivers on all fronts. Straightforward installation and mates up to oem tensioner pulley no issues. Looks fantastic and goes well with the overall engine look.
