All hoods require hood pins for safety reasons. Anderson Composites will not be liable for any damages to the product and the vehicle caused by not properly using hood pins.
Heat shield required.
Anderson Composites does not suggest reinstalling gas shocks/dampers/struts. OE gas struts place too much pressure on a composite hood. Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack.
Minor adjustments may be necessary as part of the normal installation process. For the best possible fitment, we recommend having an expert install your product. Although some body shops have been in business for many years, they may not have sufficient experience in installing carbon fiber or fiberglass components.
