This highly engineered system uses a powder-coated heat-shielded air box with a one-piece intake tube. Handling filtration duties is the Pro DRY S filter featuring three layers of synthetic media for maximum convenience. Its progressive layering provides great filtration efficiency and dust holding capacity, while not requiring the use of oils. This media is best suited for street and light off-road use. The heat-insulating molded plastic intake tube adapts to the stock intake elbow making it easier for installation. The tube is also engineered for improved volumetric efficiency and maximum performance while lowering Intake Air Temps (I.A.T.). Utilizing factory mounting points, this system provides a hassle-free installation.
One Piece Powder-Coated Steel Heatshield:
A one-piece powder-coated steel heatshield is used to keep the air intake charge cool and dense. Designed to bolt directly to the bottom half of the stock air box, the heatshield incorporates the use of the factory RAM active air.
