Its progressive layering allows the filter to flow at high levels even when dirty. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Pro 5R filters are easily recharged with aFe's POWER CLEANER and blue air filter oil.
Constructed from durable 18-gauge steel and finished in a wrinkle-black powder coat, the heat shield mounts directly to the lower half of the factory airbox. This innovative design allows for a quick, hassle-free installation while effectively isolating the filter from engine heat. The integrated retention groove secures the filter without additional brackets or hardware.
The Stage-1 Rapid Induction Cold Air Intake System features a heat soak-resistant, computer-designed XLPE roto-molded intake tube that delivers a smooth airflow transition while seamlessly connecting to the factory intake tube.
2024 model year and newer Jeep Wrangler (JL) 2.0L turbo non-hybrid (non-4xe) models utilize a factory plumb-back (recirculation) valve that routes pressurized air from the turbocharger back into the intake tube. Because this valve is permanently integrated into the OE intake tract and cannot be removed or relocated, aFe POWER engineered this system to retain the factory tube. This design ensures proper turbo system operation, seamless compatibility, and simplified installation.
