The Stilo ST5 GT Carbon helmet is an iconic helmet used in a variety of race types. Crafted from a medium-Tensile Carbon Fiber layup and exceeding the Snell SA2020/FIA 8859 ratings, this helmet features an array of improvements from the ST4 Helmet Line. Weighing in at 2.99lbs in the small shell size and 3.32lbs in the large this helmet not only looks good but will minimize neck and head strain.

The ST5 GT helmet most notably includes side ports on either side of the helmet which allow drivers to customize their helmet with an array of accessories. These accessories include an array of electronic integrated communication systems, as well as drink & air systems.

The ST5 also builds upon our ST4 design with a larger eye port which opens past the line of sight and includes an 3mm clear visor coming standard with our anti-fog coating. Improvements also have been made to the interior design with removable cheek & top pads allowing drivers to obtain the perfect fit. Helmets come standard with removable earmuff cushions which provide a significantly quieter environment for the driver by isolating the ear.

All Stilo closed faced helmets come in two separate shell sizes allowing us to craft a better fitting helmet that is lighter weight. Ready for integrated electronics, air supply, and hydration or any combination of the three this helmet is the most customizable helmet on the market, and all options integrate seamlessly with the ST5.

M6 nuts are pre-installed for easy FHR installation *this helmet does not include post anchors* Additional accessories available such as aero, top air kits, and an array of visor options.

What is an Eject System?

Installed directly in the top pad of Stilo Helmets, the Eject Helmet Removal System is a small air bladder that fits easily into any helmet, without changing its fit or feel. In the event of a crash, First Responders can help reduce the risk of secondary neck or spine injuries by inflating the Eject System, which gently lifts the helmet off a driver's head. Many racing organizations feel that this system is so important to saving lives that they have made it mandatory for racing in their series and their on track medical personal have the equipment and knowledge to use this device. Check your rulebook before heading off to the track to be sure that you are properly equipped

Wiring Made Easy!

One of the defining features of the ST5 GT helmet line is our integrated sideports found on each side of our helmet. These sideports allow for drivers to customize their helmet with an array of electronics, drink or air systems. Stilo offers a variety of integrated electronics for the ST5 GT helmet line, these options include a selection of microphone, speaker and connection type.

The AE0110 communication kit comes standard with an adjustable Stilo Boom mic and earmuff speakers. AE0216 System- Gentex Boom Mic & Earmuff Speakers

AE0316 System- Stilo Boom Mic, Earmuff Speakers & Female 4C External Wire

The AE0316 communication kit comes standard with an adjustable stilo Boom mic, Earmuff Speakers and female 4C externally wired adapter. This communication kit can be used on both the ST5 GT and FN helmets, but it is recommended to use the integrated communication kits above.

Customizing your Helmet.

Now that you've selected you integrated electronics, you have one more sideport to allow for an integrated accessory. Stilo offers two hydration units as well as a side air system for our GT Helmets.

Hydration Kits

Hydration is key for any endurance driver. Stilo offers a straight or 90-degree drink system connector. This system feeds a tube and bite valve to the front of the helmet, allowing drivers to quickly refresh during the heat of the race.

Side Air Kit

Keeping cool has never been easier. Our side air kit allows driver to integrate fresh air directly to the front of the helmet without the need for a top air unit. We suggest drivers select from either a side air kit or top air kit.

Stilo offers a variety of Top Accessories allowing drivers to customize their helmet for their exact needs. Whether you're looking for a Top Air System, Air Intakes for open cockpit environments or rear spoilers we've got you covered.

Top Air System: Designed to b. This is crucial for comfort during extended periods of use, especially in high-temperature environments. Proper ventilation can help regulate temperature and reduce fogging on the visor.

Air Intakes: for Open Cockpit Environments. These air intakes are designed to introduce airflow to the top of the helmet while limiting aerodynamic instability or extra drag that a top air system could present. These low profile air intakes force air into the top of the helmet at speed.

Rear Spoilers: Rear spoilers on helmets can serve various purposes. Designed for our ST5 and CMR helmets this rear spoiler enhances aerodynamics, stability, and performance, especially at high speeds. Maglock Systems

The Maglock systems was developed by Fluidlogic to allow drivers and teams to quickly connect and disconnect their air systems in the cockpit. Stilo offers a Short Top Air System that works in conjunction with the Maglock system.

Utilizing magnets, MagLock technology creates an air-tight seal with 20lbs of force that will only let go when you need it to. Universal helmet & air hose fitment from the high G's at Indianapolis to the weekend on/offroad racer, MagLock holds strong.

Coming preassembled and installed the Maglock Short Top Air 90 Degree system directs air to the top of the helmet, keeping you cool and adding positive pressure keeping dirt and dust out of your helmet.

Adjustable Long Top Air Standard Oval

Our Adjustable Long top air systems are designed to allow drivers to direct airflow by using our low profile adjust knob. By moving it forward you direct airflow more to the front and by moving back you direct airflow more towards the top of the helmet. By moving the adjustment to the center drivers will be able to have airflow to both the top and front areas of the helmet. This design is great for those looking to use a standard oval connection.
