Need To Make Changes To Your Order?
If it's still early in the order process, contact us by filling out this form to find out if we can edit your ordered items or change your delivery address. You can always place a second order for any additional items you want or file a cancellation request and place a new order. Just let us know what you are looking for.
Need To Cancel Your Order?
You can usually cancel your order immediately after it's placed or before the order is too far along in the processing. Keep in mind, processing times vary from order to order and from manufacturer to manufacturer. Unless the product is a special order or custom made to order piece, most orders can be cancelled before they reach their final stages of processing. Please fill out this form and we will process your order cancellation request right away and contact you back as soon as your request has been started. For immediate cancellations (i.e. wrong part ordered) you must fill out this form and if it is time sensitive for this cancellation to be completed we recommend also calling in to our sales office at 302-894-1115 x1 to let us know that the request has been filed.
