NHRA Approved. NHRA regulations require that any nitrous bottle mounted inside the cockpit (including the trunk) of a vehicle to have a blow down tube to evacuate the nitrous out of the vehicle. This blow down tube meets all NHRA specifications.
Application. This blow down tube connects to the NHRA fitting on the bottle valve. If the bottle pressure reaches 3000 PSI the cap inside of the NHRA fitting opens to relieve the bottle pressure. This tube is used to route the nitrous out of the vehicle.
