Without modifying it with a lower compression piston and forged rod you are still limited to the 8psi max boost limit of the 392's since they are such a high compression ratio. If you did, say, our drop in pistons and rods combo, then this motor could easily handle 15psi on pump gas. You could even ask us to install the rods and pistons before we ship the engine, too. :)

Yes, it will work perfectly fine in your SuperBee. It does not have MDS like your original motor does so you will have to turn off the MDS in the tuning. We have not found any major differences in the tuning going from the factory MDS camshafts to this non-mds camshaft. Just remember to also replace your intake manifold if you are needing to replace your engine due to a broken piston or similar failure where metal went through the engine and possibly up into the manifold.

Looking to swap in a 6.4 in my 2011 ram 2500. (It will need a custom tune obviously) In my research there seems to be conflicting info as to weather the 13+ 58 tooth is compatible with the 09-12 58 tooth. Are the wheels interchangeable- bolt pattern, and balance wise? Thanks See more »

No need! You can run our 13-Current tone wheel motor in the 2009-12 VVT vehicles. Feel free to call in at 888-894-1115 and speak with our engine department for more information regarding this.

You can directly swap this into any 2009 and newer 5.7L Ram, Challenger, Charger, 300C, Grand Cherokee, Durango, etc., just reuse your oil pan, front cover and accessories and intake manifold, add a set of 392 OEM injectors or similar and you will just need a tune to compensate for all of this.

This is a brand new Mopar 392 long block that puts out the factory rated 485 horsepower and 475 torque at the crankshaft. This would make a good swap for your 2013 R/T as you'll get more power out of the box, and a solid building platform with the stronger BGE block.

Thank you!

Yes, we've installed these in 2014 Jeeps with no issues. You will just need tuning to disable the MDS in the computer system.

This motor includes the non-MDS lifters. Custom calibration would be required if using in a vehicle that had MDS in factory form.
