This alternator only comes with a similar sized as factory pulley, (55mm), so you are able to reuse your stock sized belt if it has less than 50K miles on it along with the tensioner. These impressive alternators produce 180+ at engine idle RPM and 320+ amps at cruising speeds HOT RATED.
Like most high output alternators, this unit has optional pulley sizes, (46mm, 63.5mm or 74mm) and may require a shorter than serpentine belt for proper belt tension in some applications.
The 320-amp with 63.5mm pulley is our recommended alternator of choice and we normally keep these in stock for fast shipping!
The Elite series 370-amp alternator offers the highest possible amperage and durability available in a large case alternator. 6 phase technology combined with massive twin rectifier assemblies and 12 diodes makes these alternators totally durable for daily use, while still maintaining 180+ amps at engine idle speeds.
It is also available with optional pulley sizes, (46mm, 63.5mm or 74mm) and may require a shorter than serpentine belt for proper belt tension in some applications.
These alternators only work with the style OEM MOPAR 2-wire regulator connector shown above. A custom GM 4-pin regulator style can be custom ordered as well for those running standalone engine management systems.

The Mechman 2 year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty applies ONLY when:
- Product purchased from authorized Mechman dealer
- Product used for intended application
- Product properly installed per Mechman specifications
- Product not physically abused, misused, or modified
If Mechman determines the item failed due to manufacturer's defect, the item will be repaired and shipped
back to the Distributor at Mechan’s expense (continental US addresses only).
Warranty VOID If:
- Purchased from unauthorized dealer or channel
- Alternator physically abused, misused, or improperly installed
- Used for application other than originally specified
- Modified or tampered with
Not Covered If:
- Repair expenses incurred by end user, or third parties
- Installation or removal expenses
- Shipping costs to Mechman facility (customer responsibility)
- Return shipping outside continental US (customer pays both ways)
