The Elite series 320 amp alternator offers great amperage output and durability at a great price. 6 phase technology, combined with massive twin rectifier assemblies and 12 huge diodes make these alternators totally durable for daily use. These impressive alternators produce 180+ at engine idle RPM and 320+ amps at cruising speeds HOT RATED. Like most high output alternators, this unit comes with a smaller diameter pulley, and may require a 1/2 inch shorter than stock length belt for proper belt tension in some applications.
The Mechman 2 year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty applies ONLY when:
◊ Product purchased from authorized Mechman dealer
◊ Product used for intended application
◊ Product properly installed per Mechman specifications
◊ Product not physically abused, misused, or modified
If Mechman determines the item failed due to manufacturer's defect, the item will be repaired and shipped
back to the Distributor at Mechan’s expense (continental US addresses only).
Warranty VOID if:
◊ Purchased from unauthorized dealer or channel
◊ Alternator physically abused, misused, or improperly installed
◊ Used for application other than originally specified
◊ Modified or tampered with
NOT COVERED:
◊ Repair expenses incurred by end user, or third parties
◊ Installation or removal expenses
◊ Shipping costs to Mechman facility (customer responsibility)
◊ Return shipping outside continental US (customer pays both ways)
