Manton’s Hemi Billet Aluminum Valve Covers are cnc machined from solid bar stock. The coil mounts have been directly machined into the billet covers, not welded, to ensure proper coil placement every time. These Manton billet valve covers feature increased valve cover height to accommodate the taller heights of most aftermarket rocker arms. This will also allow clearance for large valve lift camshafts. These are fully o-ringed at all of the surfaces which meet with the cylinder head, as well as incorporating an o-ring into the fill cap. The Manton valve covers have a very distinct look to them which has been accomplished by ball milling the entire 3D shape of the cover to improve the visual quality.
O-Ring gaskets and Stainless-Steel mounting hardware is included.
Optional -12an breather ports are available on each cover, one forward facing and one rear facing for a total of 4 ports.
Optional UPR Products 15.82mm male to 12an ORB male valve cover fitting for catch can or breather tanks. These AN ORB style fittings thread into any aftermarket valve cover that uses a 12AN ORB female ports and allows you to connect a UPR 5/8" Plug N Play fitting to the 15.82mm male end that gives you a secure and clean connection to your catch can or breather tanks. Custom hex allows for easy installation and removal. The fittings include restrictor jets for use with any OEM style PCV system. The restrictor would be used with a catch can that is connected to vacuum to prevent low vacuum signal (install the smaller restrictor for more vacuum, larger for less vacuum) and over filling the catch can. Restrictors would not be used with vent to atmosphere breather tanks or on the 'fresh air side' of the PCV system.
