Description
Hooker Blackheart Gen III Hemi swap headers are part of a fully engineered swap system that provides maximum component clearances, ideal drive train geometry & clearance for a 3.00-inch exhaust system. These headers fit the 1972-1974 D100/D150 2-wheel drive trucks with the Gen III Hemi swap and correct directly to BH12467 or BH2468 exhaust systems.
 
These high-quality mid-length swap headers are made from mild-steel and feature 3/8-inch thick header flanges, 18-gauge 1-7/8-inch primary tubes, and 3.00-inch collectors (with merge spears). Choose from black ceramic, silver ceramic, or black painted finishes. Headers provide clearance to the brake booster, steering shaft, power steering box, starter (both left & right side-mounted), rear sump oil pan, and several automatic & manual transmissions options.
