HHP has done it again. We have put together a nitrous kit for the Challenger with either the 5.7L or 6.1L engine. Our kit includes the following:
ZEX Nitrous Kit - includes everything to install the nitrous system, as well as the controller and fuel/nitrous jets.
ZEX Racer Kit - includes bottle heater, purge kit, bottle gauge and blow-down tube
NGK (2315) Spark Plugs for non-VVT 5.7L 6.1L and 6.4L - colder plugs are a must when running nitrous!

Safely add 75 - 125 horsepower to 2008 and newer Dodge Hemi applications. Chryslers late model Hemi electronic fuel injected engines are the perfect platform for nitrous injection upgrades. The ZEX Hemi Nitrous System includes all of the parts needed to add anywhere from 75 to 125 more horsepower to your Hemi engine that utilizes the factory fuel injection systems. For the ultimate in safety, the ZEX Hemi Nitrous System includes Active Fuel Control to monitor nitrous bottle pressure and adjust the engines fuel enrichment setting so its never too rich or too lean. The ZEX-patented electronic TPS switch uses the engines throttle position sensor to electronically activate the nitrous only at wide-open throttle for optimum performance.
