Fuel Injector Clinic injector sets are a premium solution for Gen 3 HEMI engines, supporting everything from mild bolt-on builds to extreme boosted and race combinations. Each injector set is flow tested, data matched, and designed to deliver excellent drivability, consistent fueling, and precise tuning control.

This listing contains multiple injector size options. Please select the injector size that best matches your engine combination, fuel type, and horsepower goals using the guide below.

Why Fuel Injector Clinic?

  • Individually flow tested and precisely matched injector sets
  • Data Match technology with included serial-numbered flow data sheet
  • Excellent short pulse width control for smooth idle and drivability
  • High impedance (saturated) injectors for direct plug-and-play installation
  • E85 compatible internals and materials
  • Includes required O-rings for proper factory fitment
  • Lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing

How to Choose the Correct Injector Size

Injector sizing depends primarily on horsepower goal, fuel type, and boost level. E85 and high boost applications require significantly more injector than gasoline combinations. Always plan for headroom rather than operating injectors at maximum duty cycle.

If you are unsure which injector size is right for your build, contact HHP with your full combination and we will help you select the correct injectors.

Note: Larger injectors require proper fuel pump capacity, rail flow, and pressure control. Always ensure your fuel system can support your power goal.

HHP Fitment & Power Guidance

Selecting the proper injector size is critical for power, drivability, and tuning success. Oversized injectors can complicate tuning, while undersized injectors can limit horsepower and increase duty cycle risk. If you need help choosing the right injectors for your build, contact HHP and we will assist you.
