Description

Use in conjunction with a complete return style fuel system for 1000+ rwhp with dual fuel pumps (recommended to run one pump full time, then activate secondary pump under load). Retains OE fuel level sender, EVAP functionality, and tank transfer, and filler neck.

This component requires the use of external feed and return lines, external filtration (for injectors), external regulation, and an upgraded electrical system. Upgraded fuel rails and an inline check valve is recommended. Supplies port fuel injection and optional wet nitrous.

See our complete fuel systems if the extra components are needed.

E85 requires F90000267, F90000274 or F90000285 fuel pumps.

This is part of a stand alone fuel system. Professional installation and a custom tune is required. Qualified installers must be able to interface to the OE harness, understand proper component placement, hose routing, and deliver the vehicle with factory-like pump prime/on/off logic with no error codes. Fore Innovations will supply basic system schematics and detailed component level instructions, and can provide troubleshooting of the performance and function of our system and components.

This fuel system generates substantially more heat and capacity than the original fuel system. The high powered fuel pumps make much more heat than the factory pump and the composite fuel tank construction acts as an insulator and stores heat. Additionally, the shape of the factory fuel tank limits the pickup capacity of this fuel system. The user (driver) must keep more fuel (than normal) in the tank at all times to minimize heat damage and ensure adequate fuel pickup.

Fuel Level Sending Unit Styles Explained:

Style #1 (2005 to 2010):  This OE level sender came from the factory in 2005 to mid 2011 vehicles and is no longer manufactured.  If your fuel pump has been replaced (with a new OE pump) since 2011, you mostly likely have a Style #2 or Style #3 level sender.
TRANSITION YEAR: 2011 was a transition year, meaning you could have Style #1 or Style #2 from the factory (possibly Style #3 if you've had it replaced in the past).

Style #2 (2012 to Mid 2020): This style of OE level sender is no longer manufactured.  If your fuel pump has been replaced (with a new OE pump) since 2021, you mostly likely have a Style #2 or Style #3 level sender.
TRANSITION YEAR: 2020 was a transition year, meaning you could have Style #2 or Style #3

Style #3 (Mid 2020+): This style of OE level sender is currently manufactured and comes from the factory in mid 2020+ vehicles. Style #3 is a new design with the fuel tank, please visually confirm the sending units in the car and contact us if you have any questions.

We have just found that some mid 2020+ vehicles come with style 2 so please enter vin number for verification.

If your fuel pump (new OE pump) has EVER been replaced,  you could have Style #1, Style #2, or Style #3 installed.

Because of this, it is required that you visually inspect your level sender to confirm which style you have before placing your order with us. If you need help with selecting the correct style level sender, please contact us for assistance at sales@foreinnovations.com.

NOTE: aftermarket level senders are not compatible with our pump modules...only OE Chrysler
