Works Great, a truly functional product
I bought this kit hoping for a little better performance and it delivered. I knew I wasn't going to get a lot of HP gains just from a ram air/CAI kit but it did increase my MPG quite a bit! I actually got 26.6MPG on the highway and the majority of the time I was going 70-80MPH. I usually only get maybe 24MPG if that.
The main issue I have with the installation is my hood sticks up slightly where the new airbox contacts the ram air panel. If the new airbox had a little bit shaved off the top to make it sit lower it would be perfect.
Also, the ram air panel isn't super flexible so you will need help pushing it onto your hood to insert the mounting hardware.
Overall I love this product and would recommend it to anyone. The price is close to the cost of a Mopar CAI along and you get the ram air functionality along with it.
