Description

HHP is proud to finally release to market these Black Hawk Aluminum Gen III Cylinder Heads from the most popular head manufacturer Air Flow Research. These new heads are manufactured from A356 aluminum using permanent-mold technology and feature 100% CNC ported intake ports, exhaust ports & combustion chambers. They are outfitted with AFRs trademarked .750” thick head deck to meet the boost and power demands of today’s OEM and aftermarket engines. 

Featuring improved water jacketing for enhanced cooling while retaining a minimum of .200” port to water jacket thickness rest assured you will have no cooling issues. These heads have also been designed to accept the larger and stronger 3/8" diameter push rods.

Designed for use with hydraulic roller camshafts up to .650” of lift, these heads are available in 185/212/224cc versions with your choice of a 69cc or 73cc chamber size.

Important: Do not use T&D Machine 8630 Adjustable Shaft Mount Rockers. Adjuster nut hits the valve cover and cannot be used.

    AFR a fine new product for going faster

    Bought the new AFR heads for my Hellcat build to continue the power and strength progress. Parts arrived in a few weeks as opposed to a few months like others and from all appearances are in perfect, ready to rumble shape.
