MBR technology, or Multi-Stage Bypass Ring, embodies a genuine multi-stage bypass system where each zone is independently adjustable via a positive stop helix system. This design ensures ample flow, similar to 7-tube External bypasses on 16" stroke variations, and internal free bleed ports enable tuners to optimize the damping curve for your specific vehicle needs. A true top-out zone provides both mechanical and hydraulic damping, guarding against shock damage during full extension in harsh conditions, although the use of limit straps is recommended for racing and severe use. Additionally, the 4-way adjustable reservoir allows independent high and low-speed adjustments for compression and rebound events. A dual hose system establishes a genuine recirculating fluid path to the reservoir, maximizing fluid cooling with internal diverters ensuring fluid flow across the entire shock body for enhanced cooling efficiency. Each unit undergoes vacuum bleeding and features full synthetic fluid to reduce fade and extend product life.
Furthermore, large 2.5" reservoirs increase fluid capacity to aid in cooling, while high-temperature seals prevent blow-by, ensuring consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Threaded end caps prevent contamination from external sources. Finally, a 3-stage urethane seal package delivers unmatched sealing performance, suitable for extreme cold snow-ridden trails and scorching deserts alike.
