Description

This billet aluminum adjustable idler pulley for the Hellcat, Demon, Redeye, Trackhawk, TRX, and Hellcat Durango platform is just what your supercharged 6.2L needs. The factory belt routing leaves lots of opportunity for belt slip, because of the lack of belt wrap on the supercharger snout pulley. While we designed this to also work with factory pulleys, the adjustable idler is an essential upgrade for anyone changing the upper or lower pulley for higher boost levels. We used a fixed adjustable design, with several different mounting holes for the idler to give you just the location you want, without having the weakness inherent in a bracket design with a large slot in it.  This was also designed to be compatible with the AAD catch can bracket, and is compatible with the Billet Technology brackets as well (BT Brackets fit with very slight modification, no modification on the next batch) This pulley provides at least another inch of belt wrap around the upper pulley in the highest position.

Do you also have two tunes for different pullies? We know that swapping the supercharger belt every time you change the pulley can be an absolute hassle. With the adjustable hole configuration, you are able to swap pullies without swapping the belt.

Didn't cheap out on the bearings in this pulley so Timken bearings are used. As always all of these AAD parts are made, assembled and packaged in Kansas City, MO USA.

    The Cure!

We had issues with belt slip, and the folks at HHP are absolutely fantastic. Truly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. I was honestly blown away by the service I recieved while asking what probably sounded like stupid questions. My only regret is not ordering my parts from these folks in the first place! They will be my first call the next time I need ANYTHING for my Hellcat swapped classic Challenger!
