Small Truck Starter is Required with A727/46RE/545RFE Transmissions.

For Mopar B-Body: Use with BHS531 Engine Mounts, BHS532 Crossmember, and the Adapter Plate for Desired Transmission.

Recommended Header Gaskets:
For 2003-2008 5.7L Gen III Hemi Engines use with Header Gaskets # 7594 (or Mopar #'s 53013943AA & 53013944AA) - Rectangular Exhaust Ports.
For 2009-Up 5.7L, and all 6.1L, 6.2L, 6.4L Gen III Hemi Engines use w/ Header Gaskets # 7595 (or Mopar #'s 05038098AA & 05038099AA) - "D" Shaped Exhaust Ports.
